Ramses II

You will be met at Cairo airport and your tour in Egypt begins with a visit to the Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx. Your Giza tour includes a short camel ride. 

You will continue on to visit the stepped pyramid of Djoser at Saqqara, the oldest stone structure in the world.

You will complete your tour with a visit to the former capital at Memphis.
Overnight Cairo.

Day 2:

Breakfast at your hotel, transfer by AC mini van to Alexandria city and visit Catacombs , Pompeii’s Pillar, Roman theater, The Alexandrian Library, lunch along the the Corniche, if time allows it, Montazah palace and Fort Qait Bey then transfer back to Cairo.
Overnight train to Luxor

Day 3:

You will be collected from the railway station and cross the Nile by motorboat for your Hot Air Balloon Ride. We use the same balloon company as the leading UK travel agents in Luxor.

You will then visit  the West Bank including the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple and the Colossi of Memnon.

Then visit the East Bank, including Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple and transfer to your Nile cruise ship.

In the afternoon you will set sail to Edfu.
Overnight onboard.

Day 4:

After breakfast, you will tour Edfu to visit the best preserved temple in Egypt dedicated to the god Horus.

You will then sail to the temple of Kom Ombo, dedicated to the crocodile god Sobek.
Overnight onboard.

Day 5:

Your cruise ship will prepare a breakfast box to take with you on your early morning departure to the magnificent temples of Ramses II and Nefertari at Abu Simbel.

Then you will  visit the High Dam, followed by a tour to Philae Island to the temple of Isis.
Overnight train to Cairo.

Day 6:

Arrival to Cairo, where you will be picked up for your visit to the Egyptian Museum, Citadel, Mohamed Ali Mosque and Khan El Khalili Market, the oldest market in Egypt.
Overnight Cairo.

Day 7: 
Transfer to Cairo Airport
