Enjoy a 1 day tour to Cairo from Luxor by train with first class seat ticket included. Visit the Pyramids of Giza, the great Sphinx, the Egyptian Museum, Old Cairo and Khan el Khalili Bazaar. Early evening, you will take the First Class train from Giza Train station back to Luxor for approximately 9 hour train journey.

What You Can Expect

Late afternoon a representative will pick you up from your hotel in Luxor and transfer to Luxor train station for approximately 9 hour train journey to Cairo.

Upon arrival at Giza Train Station at early morning you will be met by your expert tour guide who will be waiting for you on the platform with a sign of Eye of Horus Tours then start your day tour visiting the Pyramids of Giza; The Pyramids of Khufu/Cheops, Khafre/Chephren and Menkaure/Mykerinus.

Then continue to have a beautiful panoramic view of the three Pyramids.

Continue to the Valley Temple, where the high priests mummified the dead body of king Khafre and made the final judgement for his heart, then you will find that you are standing in-front of the great Sphinx, a mysterious creature with lion’s body and human’s head, where you can take your memorable photos.

After lunch break at a local restaurant, continue to visit the Egyptian Museum of antiquities houses 165.000 artifacts, considered the largest most precious collection of Egyptian art in the world. The museum displays a rare collection of 5000 years of Egyptian art.

Proceed to visit old or Christian Cairo contains the biggest collection of Christian churches built upon Babylon fort; the hanging Church and Ben Ezra Synagogue.

Continue driving to Islamic Cairo, where you will be able to explore Khan Kalili Bazaar, the oldest bazaar in Cairo.

Finally around early evening, you will take the 1st Class seated train from Giza train station for approximately 9 hour train journey back to Luxor.

Upon arrival at Luxor train station, you will be met by our representative and transfer back to your hotel in Luxor.
